Why we use it
We use your details to process and deliver your order, send order and shipping updates, reply to your questions and keep proper business and tax records. We do not sell your details to anyone.
Payments
Online payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure page and are never stored on our website or servers. We only receive the payment status and a reference number.
Sharing
We share your name, phone number and address with our courier partners only so they can deliver your parcel. We may share details when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you logged in and to remember the items in your cart. We do not use them to follow you around other websites.
Keeping your data safe
Your details are stored on secure servers and only our team can see them. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, so nobody, including us, can read them.
Your choices
You can see your orders and update your details in My account. To ask for a copy of your data, or to have your account and details deleted, email salesandsupport@rubypapad.com. We may need to keep order records for as long as tax law requires.
