Dispatch time
Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 3 working days after your payment is confirmed. Large, wholesale and festive season orders can take a little longer. We will tell you if your order needs more time.
Delivery across India
We deliver to most PIN codes in India. Delivery normally takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your city. Remote areas can take longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free shipping offer is also shown there. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched we share the courier name and tracking number with you by email. You can also check the status on the Track order page with your order number.
Delays
Sometimes delivery is delayed by weather, holidays, strikes or courier problems that are outside our control. If your parcel is late, write to us and we will follow it up with the courier for you.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you. Sending it again may cost extra shipping.
