Products
Our products are handmade and machine made food items. Colour, size and shape can vary a little from the photos. Please read the ingredients on the product page and on the pack if you have any food allergy.
Prices
All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Payment
Orders are accepted only after online payment through Razorpay. An order is confirmed once the payment is successful. If a payment fails, no order is placed.
Order acceptance
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown wrongly, or the delivery address cannot be served. In that case you get a full refund to your original payment method.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, damaged items and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Both are part of these terms.
Your account
Please keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
Use of this website
The content, photos and logo on this website belong to Ruby Mahila Gruh Udhyog and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
We take care to keep the information on this website correct. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Tapi district, Gujarat.
